About

Hawaii Tokai International College (HTIC) in Kapolei is an accredited two-year junior college that serves as the American campus of Japan’s Tokai University Educational System, best known for fostering cross-cultural education between the East and West. The college's primary academic offerings center on an intensive English-language College Preparatory Program and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, which prepares students for seamless transfer to four-year universities in the United States and abroad. Located adjacent to the University of Hawai‘i–West O‘ahu, HTIC offers a close-knit, highly international campus culture where students from Japan, the Pacific, and the U.S. live and learn in a supportive, multicultural environment.
