Avicenna International College
Hungary
About
Located in Budapest, Hungary, Avicenna International College is best known for its academic pathway programs that prepare international students for degree studies in medicine, engineering, and business across Europe. Its strongest offerings are intensive foundation years and pre-university programs in fields like biomedical sciences, information technology, and general humanities, all taught entirely in English. The student experience is uniquely tailored to non-Hungarian youth, providing a welcoming bridge to European higher education through small classes and a diverse, multicultural campus environment. A dedicated international student office assists newcomers with vital logistical support, including visa applications, student residence permits, and local accommodation arrangements. What truly sets the college apart is its specialized focus on medical foundation pathways, which offer targeted preparation and entrance exam coaching for students aiming to enter prestigious European medical and health science universities.
