Located in Maisons-Alfort, France, the Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire d'Alfort is a prestigious institution globally renowned for veterinary medicine, animal health, and biomedical research. As one of France's historic *grandes écoles*, its strongest academic focus lies in clinical veterinary sciences, biopathology, and public health, supported by a fully operational on-site teaching hospital that treats thousands of animals annually. International students benefit from an immersive French academic environment, and while most core degrees are taught in French, the school welcomes international mobility students through exchange programs like Erasmus+ and established global research partnerships. A particularly distinctive characteristic of the campus is its renowned Musée Fragonard, which houses a fascinating historic collection of anatomical specimens, including the famous *Écorchés* created by Honoré Fragonard. International newcomers are integrated into campus life through dedicated administrative support and student associations, though prospective degree-seeking applicants should note that a strong proficiency in French is required for full-time enrollment.
