Ecole Nationale Vétérinaire de Toulouse

About

Located in Toulouse, France, the École Nationale Vétérinaire de Toulouse is one of the country's premier institutions dedicated exclusively to veterinary medicine, animal health, and food safety sciences. Academically, the school is best known for its rigorous training of veterinary surgeons and researchers, boasting exceptionally strong clinical programs supported by its fully operational on-site veterinary teaching hospital. While the primary language of instruction is French—requiring prospective international degree-seeking students to demonstrate strong language proficiency—the institution welcomes international students through various European mobility agreements, such as the Erasmus+ program. The International Relations Office assists incoming students with academic integration, housing, and administrative procedures within the vibrant student community of southwestern France. A particularly distinctive characteristic of the school is its sprawling, modern campus featuring specialized agricultural research facilities and a dedicated wildlife care center, offering students hands-on exposure to both domestic and exotic species.
