About

Founded in 1930 in honor of William Jennings Bryan following the historic Scopes Trial, Bryan College is a private Christian liberal arts institution in Dayton, Tennessee, anchored by its motto, "Christ Above All." The college is particularly known for its strong academic offerings in business administration, education, engineering, nursing, and biblical studies, all of which integrate a distinctly Christian worldview into the curriculum. Campus life is defined by a close-knit, faith-centered community where students engage in regular chapel services, local service projects, and competitive NAIA athletics. Perched in the scenic foothills of the Tennessee Valley, Bryan offers a distinctly personalized experience characterized by small class sizes, accessible faculty mentorship, and a clear focus on spiritual and character development.
